Loroco's Super Economy Chipboard might be your solution.
What is it? Our Super Economy Chipboard is a
low density, dry finish, 100 percent recyclable product that comes in a variety
of thicknesses. Available in the following calipers: .019, .025, .032 and .045
thick, it is ideal for many purposes.
It has been used as a 'tier
or layer sheet, as void fill, as a dust cover' or any location where bulk is
needed. The Super Economy Chipboard can be used as a packing material to
protect glassware or plastics such as bottles or other items stacked onto
pallets for shipping or storage. It
provides protection to keep the load together.
Another imaginative use for
Super Economy is in the garden providing a good, cheap solution for weed
control. It comes in different sizes:
24, 36 or 48 inch wide rolls, 9 inches in diameter, and 100 feet long. This is
an excellent product to cover the soil before laying mulch to stop weed
growth. It is biodegradable, so over
time it will break down and disappear into the soil with no need to dispose.

Other New Products from Loroco

 Loroco Industries has
developed a Solid Fiber Spacer for the steel coil processing industry. This
product has been developed to replace wood as a Spacer. It is an economical,
recyclable product comes flat (8 inches wide by 36 inches long and .190"
thick). It can then be folded to make a spacer that is 2 inches wide by 36
inches long by .750 inches thick. It can then be broken into 6-inch lengths.
With the construction made out of solid fiber paperboard, these spacers will
not compress under weight as previous products have in the past. For more
