IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT Posted on: 7/13/2010
To Loroco and Royal Pads Valued Customers,

Paperboard prices have been very unstable over the past year. We have seen unprecedented increases already in 2010. These increases have been due to increased demand for pulp, reduction of capacity and an increase in demand. With this being said, the major linerboard mills are announcing a $60.00 per ton increase effective August 1, 2010. This brings the total increase to $170.00 per ton for the year.

Please be aware, as is our normal practice, we will continue to evaluate each order as it is received and notify you of any change in price that is required. At this time, the Chipboard mills have not announced an increase, however they normally follow shortly behind the Linerboard Producers.

We appreciate your understanding in these uncertain times. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience.
