ROYAL PAD PRODUCTS LINE

The Royal Pad Product line grew from providing primarily sheeted chipboard for the printing and packaging industries to providing a great variety of sheeted paperboard items, multiple thickness and grades, stocked and ready to ship when you need it. In addition, specialty sizes are available to meet your special needs.

Stocked and Ready to Ship:

Printer's Chip - 8.5 x 11" to 28.5 x 34.5" with a thickness range of from .018 to .043

Specialty Sizes and Calipers - cut to your specifications; a specialty sheeter allows you to meet your needs with paper sizes from 1" x 1" up to 80" x 144."

Items include:

• Royal Pad Economy Chip - Low Density Chip for special applications
• Super Economy Chipboard - ideal for use as a ‘tier or layer sheet, as void fill, as a dust cover’ or any location where bulk is needed (calipers: .019, .025, .032 and .045 thick)
• Plate Stand - an eco-friendly alternative for displaying decorative plates, placques, bowls, or other items in home or office
  
• Royal Pad Printer's Chip Bundle Pack - Sheets packed in bundles in calipers from .018, and sizes to 35 x 45
• Royal Pad Printer's Chip Carton Pack - Sheets packed in carton in calipers from .018, and sizes from 8-1/2 x 11 to 11 x 17
• Smooth Fibre RP - Sold by the sheet and packed the way YOU need it
• Clay Coated Board - Available in a wide variety of sizes and calipers
• Solid Black - (black all the way through) available in a wide variety of sizes, calipers and rolls
• Indented Sheets - A wonderful cushioning product also called "Dimple Wrap", made by indenting rolls of bogus kraft and cutting them into sheets.
  Applications for the dimple wraps include:
  
  • Safety wrapping for glass products
  • Separators for delicate products of all sorts
  • Chick pads for poultry cages
• Brick Separators - Interleaving sheets for brick. Loroco makes a great number of standard size Separators for the Brick Industry, in three standard widths:
  9-1/2", 10-5/8", and 14-5/8" - all 25" long.
  We also offer Separators in 11-1/4" wide, 12-5/8" wide, and 13-1/2" wide for those customers with special requirements.
  All our Brick Separators are made from gypsum board, .014" thick.
• Slitting and Rewinding - rolls from 2.5" wide and up to 72" in width
